Terms of Service

Important: VantageGrid is a behavioral audit and performance journaling tool. We do not provide financial advice, signal services, or execution capabilities. Trading financial instruments, including futures, forex, equities, options, crypto and CFDs, carries significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VantageGrid.pro, including our websites, dashboards, analytics, AI coaching tools, integrations, APIs, browser extension, and related digital services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Vantix Wealth Labs ("VantageGrid", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, using the Service, connecting an integration, or starting a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password, API keys, webhook URLs, broker credentials, and devices.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our proven breach of these Terms or applicable law.
3. No Financial Advice
- VantageGrid provides behavioral audit workflows, performance journaling, analytical tools, statistical calculations, dashboards, AI summaries, and educational insights.
- The Service does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, signal, brokerage, or execution services.
- VantageGrid is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, tax adviser, law firm, or regulated execution venue.
- AI insights, coaching prompts, win-rate statistics, drawdown metrics, Kelly Criterion, Risk-of-Ruin calculations, and similar outputs are for educational and informational purposes only.
- You are 100% responsible for your own trades, position sizing, risk decisions, account selection, broker use, and financial outcomes.
- You should verify all information independently and consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal, or tax decisions.
4. International Users
- VantageGrid is operated from the Netherlands. If you access the Service from another country, you are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to your use of the Service, trading activity, broker access, taxes, data exports, and professional obligations.
- We do not represent that the Service, integrations, pricing, payment methods, or legal documents are appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.
- Mandatory consumer, privacy, and subscription rights in your country may continue to apply even if these Terms say something different.
- We may restrict access, payment methods, integrations, or features in countries where operating the Service would create legal, sanctions, tax, payment, or security risk.
5. Prop Firm Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of your broker, exchange, funded account provider, evaluation program, or proprietary trading firm.
- VantageGrid is not responsible for failed challenges, breached accounts, trailing drawdown violations, daily loss limit violations, consistency rule violations, denied payouts, or account closures.
- Any prop-firm related indicators, limits, alerts, or dashboards are convenience tools only. They do not replace the official rules, dashboards, statements, or decisions of your prop firm.
6. No Profit Guarantees and Prop Firm Guardian Disclaimer
- VantageGrid does not guarantee profits, payouts, funded account approval, challenge completion, rule compliance, or any trading outcome.
- The Prop Firm Guardian is a monitoring and alerting tool only. It may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by user-entered data, broker data, integration errors, software defects, time zone differences, or third-party outages.
- You remain solely responsible for verifying all prop firm rules, limits, balances, drawdown calculations, trading activity, and account status using your prop firm's official systems before making trading decisions.
7. AI and Data Accuracy
- Analytics and AI outputs depend on the data you import, connect, or manually enter. Incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, delayed, or mismapped data may produce incorrect results.
- Calculations based on historical trade data do not predict or guarantee future performance.
- Backtests, simulations, expectancy, Kelly Criterion, Risk-of-Ruin, drawdown projections, and AI coaching responses are probabilistic estimates, not promises.
- AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable output. You must independently review AI output before acting on it.
- You must review critical figures before relying on them, especially where broker statements, tax filings, funded account rules, or live trade decisions are involved.
8. Digital Service, Compatibility, and Updates
- VantageGrid is a digital SaaS service delivered through a web application, APIs, integrations, and optional browser-extension workflows.
- You need a modern browser, internet connection, and compatible third-party platforms or data exports for certain features.
- We may provide security, compatibility, maintenance, and feature updates. Some integrations may change, break, or be discontinued because brokers, trading platforms, data vendors, AI providers, or browsers change their systems.
- If a paid digital feature does not work as reasonably expected, contact support so we can investigate, fix, provide a workaround, or take another legally required remedy.
9. Subscriptions, Payments, Cancellation, Refunds, and Withdrawal
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By starting a paid plan, you authorize Stripe and VantageGrid to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing portal or another cancellation method we make available.
- Before payment, checkout should show the plan, billing interval, recurring nature of the subscription, payment method, applicable taxes or tax calculation, and how cancellation works.
- We aim to make cancellation reasonably easy and available through the Stripe billing portal or support. You should not need to contact a sales representative to stop renewal charges.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, and access may continue until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may be calculated and collected by Stripe based on your billing location and applicable law.
- If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Because VantageGrid is delivered as an immediately available digital service, checkout may ask you to expressly request immediate digital access and acknowledge that this can limit or waive your withdrawal right where permitted by law.
- If you do not expressly request immediate digital access, we may delay delivery of paid digital access until the withdrawal period has passed, or we may not offer that purchase flow.
- Where withdrawal or refund rights cannot legally be waived, those mandatory rights continue to apply.
- Refund requests can be sent to support@vantagegrid.pro. We may request account, invoice, and issue details to assess the request.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions while the dispute is investigated, without limiting mandatory legal rights.
- We may change prices or plan features. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.
- If payment fails, we may limit, suspend, or downgrade access until payment is resolved.
10. Acceptable Use
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, copy, resell, sublicense, or build a competing service from the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- You may not abuse AI credits, tokens, rate limits, free trials, referral systems, webhooks, integrations, or automation features.
- You may not attempt unauthorized access, probe infrastructure, bypass authentication, interfere with availability, upload malware, or misuse other users' data.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, market-abusive, or sanction-violating activity.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or create security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
11. User Data, API Keys, and Privacy
- You retain ownership of your trade data, notes, screenshots, imports, and account content.
- You grant us a limited right to process that data as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.
- We do not sell your personal data or trade data.
- Where the Service stores broker credentials, API keys, or integration secrets, we use encryption and access controls designed to protect them.
- Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Business customers may use our Data Processing Agreement template when VantageGrid processes personal data on their behalf.
12. User Content, Imports, and Data Responsibility
- You are responsible for checking imported trades, account names, symbols, timestamps, PnL, fees, and mapped fields before relying on them.
- You must only upload or connect data that you are legally allowed to use and process through VantageGrid.
- You must not upload personal data of others unless you have a lawful basis and all required notices or permissions.
- We may remove content or disable integrations where needed for security, legal compliance, product integrity, or user protection.
13. Platform Availability and Changes
- We aim to keep VantageGrid reliable, but the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, network issues, software defects, or events outside our control.
- We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, AI models, data providers, or plan limits.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, delayed data, unavailable integrations, or third-party service failures.
14. Third-Party Services
- The Service may integrate with payment processors, AI providers, brokers, exchanges, data vendors, email providers, and analytics infrastructure.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, data accuracy, availability, or policy decisions.
- Read-only or limited-permission API keys are strongly recommended where supported. VantageGrid does not need trading, withdrawal, or transfer permissions for journaling features unless a future feature explicitly says otherwise.
15. Beta Features and Integrations
- Some features, integrations, importers, AI workflows, and APIs may be marked or treated as beta, experimental, preview, or early access.
- Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, changed without notice, or removed. They should not be relied on for critical trading, compliance, tax, or prop-firm decisions.
16. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, VantageGrid and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, account breaches, failed challenges, tax consequences, data loss, downtime, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, or punitive damages.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to VantageGrid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence where legally non-excludable, or mandatory consumer rights.
17. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold VantageGrid harmless from claims, damages, penalties, losses, and expenses arising from your trades, account use, violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of broker, exchange, prop-firm, tax, or legal obligations.
18. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that may harm VantageGrid, other users, or third parties.
- Sections intended to survive termination, including disclaimers, payment obligations, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions, will survive.
19. Complaints, Governing Law, and Disputes
If you have a complaint, contact support@vantagegrid.pro first so we can try to resolve it. We may ask for account, invoice, integration, and log details needed to investigate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. Courts in the Netherlands will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have in your country of residence.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, in-app notice, or a prominent website notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
