Withdrawal and Refund Requests

Digital service notice: VantageGrid Pro is delivered as an immediately available digital SaaS service. During checkout, you may be asked to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that this can limit or waive withdrawal rights where permitted by law.
How to cancel renewal
You can cancel subscription renewal through the Stripe billing portal in your VantageGrid billing page, or by contacting support@vantagegrid.pro. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Withdrawal or refund request
If you believe you have a statutory withdrawal right or refund right, contact us using the details below. We will review the request against the purchase date, access status, invoice, applicable consumer law, and whether immediate digital delivery was requested.
